F1-F12 button issues

ok so when i press f1 in apb this thing about identity card pops up and makes me minimize game to this other small window about my identity card this makes certain games to me unplayable like AVA and apb if any of u know or had this issues before and u know how to solve it plz tell

im not sure I understand your problem, your f1 key is bound to APB/AVA and windows shortcuts?

like when i press f1 i get this pop up tht has two buttons one video card and other User's Guide

I'm not sure I can help you with that, rebinding the keys sounds like the only option. in APB, f1 is useless. It pops the Support page up. you can access the same page from any web browser

Could you post a pic? so we could see exactly what the problem is
